CALISTA LEE
Founder
I'm an eighth grade student at Grace Church School in New York City. I founded Kradl to try to do something meaningful for the environment.
My first goal for Kradl to raise $100,000 for high-impact environmental charities before I finish high-school.
My second goal is to recruit kids from other communities and have them spread Kradl across New York, and maybe someday across the country.
JEFFREY MUTI
Board member
Jeff Muti is the co-founder of The Arthur Project, a unique not-for-profit program that builds economic and social mobility for underserved youth through unprecedented levels of intensive, professional mentoring, project-based civic engagement, and critical life skills development.
He's also the founder and CEO of Sigma Worldwide and a graduate of Duke University and Harvard Business School.
BERTINA CECCARELLI
Board member
Bertina Ceccarelli joined NPower as Chief Executive Officer in May, 2016. NPower is a national nonprofit dedicated to creating pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for military veterans and young adults from underserved communities.
After a successful career in the corporate sector, Ms. Ceccarelli transitioned her skills to the nonprofit sector. Growing up in a working-class family and the first to graduate from high school, she was drawn to a community that once supported her own educational endeavors. In 2001, Ms. Ceccarelli joined United Way of New York City as Senior VP of Institutional Advancement.
Bertina holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the UC Berkeley. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and teenage son.
