INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS
PICK-UP DONATIONS
We will be picking up donations starting on 3/1/2020 in the New York City metro area. Please email us for an appointment at donations@kradl.org. If you provide us with details on the phone you have to donate, we can also provide you with an estimate for the market value of your phone. All we need to do so is the model, condition, carrier, and GBs of memory.
Once we schedule an appointment, we will pick up your phone, make sure the data is cleared, and provide you with a receipt for your donation.
DONATE-BY-MAIL
If you'd like to donate by mail, please send your iphone to Kradl at 244 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016 along with your name, email, and return address.
We'll inspect your phone, check to make sure your data is deleted, and email you a receipt for your donation.
FAQ
What's my phone worth?
If you'd like to get a market valuation of your phone before you come, please email the model, carrier, condition, and GBs of memory to donate @kradle.org and we'll send you an estimate. We don't pay cash for phones of course, but as a pending 501(c)(3), if you donate your iphone, we can send you a receipt for relevant tax deductions.​
What phones do you accept?
At this time, we only accept working iPhones (models 5 through 11). If your phone does not turn on, we can't accept it.
